Helpful Maintenance App
Our property has been piloting the AppWork app and overall we have been very pleased with the experience so far. The platform is very user-friendly and provides easy access for both the office and maintenance teams. One of the biggest benefits has been the ability for the maintenance team to create and manage work orders directly from the app, while also being able to communicate with residents without sharing personal phone numbers. We also appreciate the reporting and tracking capabilities, including being able to monitor how long work orders take to complete. The option to provide residents with notes and pictures once a work order is finished has helped improve communication and transparency with residents. Another great feature is the resident review process, which encourages feedback and even allows reviews to auto-post to Google, helping increase online engagement and visibility for the property. In addition, the AppWork team has been extremely helpful throughout the process and very responsive whenever questions or adjustments are needed. We also appreciate that the app can be customized and structured to fit the specific operational needs of each property. Overall, AppWork has helped improve our workflow significantly!

From work order tracking to reporting, everything is easy to use and very well organized. My technicians adapted to the system quickly, and the visibility it gives leadership has helped us stay proactive instead of reactive. Excellent tool and great support behind it.

Property Manager
As a Property Manager, I am definitely in love with the App, Work orders are well organized, and the staff love the motivation of getting reviews for their job performance. Tenants are constantly notified for any pending or updated on their repair status or orders placed to resolved the maintenance issue. Make ready board is very helpful and keeps the staff always informed.
