It was supposed to take 7-10 business…
It was supposed to take 7-10 business days to get my document. It took 14. I did not have it in time for my Visa appointment and now I have to get a new visa appointment. This set back my Visa by at least 4 months.

We'd like to respectfully add some context for anyone reading. Your order was a Federal Apostille for an FBI background check, which is issued exclusively by the U.S. Department of State in Washington, DC. As disclosed in writing on March 16 before you approved the option, federal apostilles take 7–9 business days to process and cannot be expedited by any service provider, this is a government processing window entirely outside our control. Shipping time is separate from processing time, which is also disclosed at intake. Your timeline: Mar 17 - Payment received, document dispatched to USDOS. Mar 31 - Completed by USDOS; FedEx overnight tracking sent to you the same day. Apr 3 - Delivered to your address. We shipped overnight the moment it was back in our hands. At no point did your document sit with us. We completely understand the frustration of a missed appointment, but the delay was not something we caused or could have prevented.
