Accused of fraud after proven return — had to pursue legal action to get my money back
Returned items in September 2025 using Alo's own authorised DHL label. DHL confirmed delivery to their warehouse on 17 September 2025. Alo refused to refund, claiming "significant inconsistencies" with no evidence provided — no weights, no photos, no scan logs. During the dispute, their team offered me $940 in store credit on 3 December. One week later they reversed that offer and accused me of fraud. Those two positions cannot both be true. I was forced to raise a formal Section 75 claim under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 against my credit provider. The claim was accepted in full on 9 March 2026. I received a full refund of £824.50. When I contacted Alo afterwards to share my disappointment, they sent an identical scripted fraud allegation. No acknowledgement, no apology. The products are good. The customer service, if anything goes wrong, is not.

Worst costumer service ever
Absolutely avoid at all cost. Customer service is none existent. Never respond to emails and automated message with online chat states average wait to speak to live Agent is 10 minutes. Reality is you can be holding over an hour and still nobody attends to your call. Supposed to be a premium brand. Forget it.

Really bad customer service
Really bad customer service. My parcel had been stuck at ‘carrier pickup’ for weeks so I have been trying to contact them through the AI chat bot and email. After repeated attempts I got through to them and they sent me an email saying they will return my money. However, the amount of effort and stress just to get them to reply I would expect a bit more compensation from a high quality brand!

Very disappointed with Alo Yoga…
Very disappointed with Alo Yoga customer service. I contacted support multiple times because agents promised me a discount and told me to “keep an eye on my email.” I waited more than 3 days and followed up several times, but in the end they changed their answer and said it was a misunderstanding and refused to honor what was promised. The most frustrating part was the communication. I felt ignored instead of helped, and every time I contacted support I got a different response. For a premium brand, I expected much better customer service and more professionalism.

I got the alo lasting lip balm and I…
I got the alo lasting lip balm and I had high expectations. When I first got it it had cracks in it. It did have a nice strong smell though. Another thing that bothered me was when I tried to twist it it didn't twist and took a long time to get working plus it burned my lips but now it doesn't which is good. And BTW I got this in person not online at the alo in Battersea Power Station!!!!! This product made me furious!!!!!

Extremely disappointed with Alo Yoga’s customer service at store and online
Extremely disappointed with Alo Yoga’s return process and customer service. I received my order (May 12) and went to the store the very next day (May 13) because the item did not fit. The employee, Kathy, told me the refund amount showed as $0 and the store could not resolve it. However, the item was still marked as “returned” in the system, which created even more confusion when I later contacted customer support through chat and email. Nobody seemed to know how to fix the issue. Today is May 22. It has already been 10 days since I first tried to return this item, and now I’m being told I still need to wait another 3–5 days just to receive a return label? This is honestly the most complicated and frustrating return experience I have ever had with any brand. A simple size return should not take this long or require this much effort from a customer.

ALO awful customer service
ALO, you are done for me as I will never buy from you again. You charge as a premium brand with a non existing customer service! I returned some items from my order and I have today received my refund excluding two items for £100 value.... I have been trying to get in touch via Live chat which doesn't exist as I have bee connected waiting for a response for almost 2h. This is unacceptable, you are stealing my money! Order 37433779. Refund the money for two of my returned items NOW!

Horrific
Horrific! I ordered a few hundred worth of things with express shipping. More than two weeks later there are no updates on the shipping, no replies from support...nothing. I'm genuinely wondering if the entire brand is a scam. When you pay such a markup for Lycra I expect some support...would not recommend and will never buy from them again

If I could rate 0 stars I would, received a faulty item, multiple hours spent trying to get through to a live agent, multiple ignored emails after being told I could have a replacement, still nothing. Awful quality items and even worse customer service.

Shipment didn't arrive, bad customer service
Very disappointed with my experience with Alo Yoga. My shipment never arrived, and customer service was rude and unhelpful when I tried to resolve the issue. I expected much better support and communication.
