Disregard for paying customer
Busy Friday afternoon. Our driver decided not to pull into a tight parking lot and dropped me with three roller bags and a backpack off on the street. I think he was making room for a sanitary truck, though there was plenty of room for both. Inexcusable. Have been using your lot for over 20 years with nothing but good service. I’m not sure I’ll use your lot again
