I didn’t get what I requested and paid for. An alternate solution was provided which is why I’m giving half rating but I wasn’t asked or told about it. It was just given with no questions and I had to just accept it

I got this last minute for my bosses…
I got this last minute for my bosses promotion the day before the ceremony around 3pm. The team did a great job and to my surprise I had the video in my email before 6am the next morning and was able send it to him later that day. Great job! I was very impressed and I definitely recommend.
