    On Time Delivery

    180 Medical always stays on top of reminding when orders are coming up and are always on time with them. I never have to be concerned about running out. In addition, the staff is always courteous and helpful.

    Best decision we made!

    I spoke with Andrea and she suggested that we begin with a sample package of different types and sizes of catheters, as we had no experience using them. Sure enough, a few days later we received our order and everything was perfect.

    My last order was wrong and caused me…

    My last order was wrong and caused me to have no supplies for five days causing me to have no coverage and I developed cellulitis around my stoma and skin which caused my skin to blister and bleed and I ended up in the hospital for seven days. I finally received the right supplies the day before I got home from the hospital. I’ve gotten my supplies for many years from you and I was very disappointed that I had to suffer this time. I don’t know what you want to do to compensate me for the pain and suffering. This infection was deadly and scary. I’ve been very happy with 180medical for many years and praying this will never happen again.
